For my business/company visit top location. Did not take breakfast - was easily adjusted could have rebooked spontaneously. Once I asked for a tea (but no breakfast flat rate) - no problem at all. Service in the restaurant (12;06. in the evening) - very friendly and attentive (lady about 45 plus with shorter brunette hair and glasses): for example we were offered another table after a very spirited and loud large group settled down behind us fitness room with treadmill cross trainer, rowing machines, mats, mirrors, dumbbells and 2 or 3 machines and benches well equipped, air-conditioned - besides from towels to drinks and waste paper basket a very hospitable setting.

The threat of a housekeeper to an employee that she would get a warning if she didn't dust here and there the next time she left.

A tram station was in front of the place. Had a nice size and beautifully maintained room with comfortable bed and 2 guest 2 chairs plus a nice desk to work at, and protected with smoke detectors.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Despite being located away from our conference site, we loved the neighborhood feel and the ease of access to public transit. The hotel is directly opposite an U-Bahn and bus station, and it's only a 10-minute walk from an S-Bahn station. The location is convenient, whether you prefer to travel by tram, bus, or foot.

All was just fine, no improvements needed.

Only cnn and bbc World English language tv programs, yet about 20% of the hotel patrons were native English speakers (uk or usa)

The access is quite easy, via an industrial area. One does not have to book the expensive hotel own parking place for 14 Euro, as there are enough parking possibilities at the roadside outside the hotel. The check-in and check-out was fast and without any problems, the personnel was always very friendly. Unfortunately, the wish for 2 single beds instead of a double bed was not fulfilled. Moreover, under the bed there were some chips leftovers of the previous one that should not necessarily be. The rest of the room and the bathroom were clean. One gets quickly from the hotel in each direction, as there is a tram right in front of the door. The breakfast was very good. Indeed, there is not much choice of sausage, but there are a lot of other things as potato pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, fish, many desserts etc. There is already coffee on the table. The breakfast was included in the room price of 80 Euro (at the weekend), to book it separately would cost too much for me. But here you get really good things for your money.

As I said, only my wish for 2 single beds instead of a double bed was not fulfilled.

The room was a good size, quiet, had a clean bathroom, and offered city views.

Rooms on the street side are noisy.

Very modern design, clean rooms, close to public transport, 30 minutes ti sity center on s-bahn, and 15 minutes from Schonefeld airport by s- bahn or bus very convenient. There are few good restaurants in surrounding. Very friendly stuff.

Restaurant in the hotel is a bit expansive, quality is good, but don't relay coincides with the price.

Had a lovely stay for a short visit. The weather was very good.- All the staff was incredibly attentive.- The hotel was close to several business centers and industrial parks, as well as the Wista convention centre.- It was also very close to Schönefeld Airport.

They do not offer a fare inclusive of breakfast (I would prefer to pay an all inclusive fare). Internet is not free. I'll start from now on to boycott hotels wich do not offer free internet.

No significant drawbacks, everything was satisfactory.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay, such as a clogged shower drain and a malfunctioning magnetic card. However, the staff quickly resolved these problems the following day, ensuring that my stay was not greatly affected.
